Christmas comes early to Bangkok...

....no, that would be a stork, not Christmas, unless you think that our baby is the messiah, which it just might be...

But no, I'm referring to Katherine's manic devotion to christmas presents, and her herioc efforts at purchasing and wrapping presents for every single person she has ever met...ever.

We're heading to the Embassy to mail them today, then going to get all the fixin's for Thanksgiving Dinner. Diana claims that she will cook a full dinner in our humble little extended-stay kitchen. And then it's on to lunch and a visit to Tom, Ghot and Mali, who are staying on Lang Suan Road near the embassy. What a day chock-full of stuff I don't want to do (except lunch and visiting our friends, of course).

This blog has changed mightily from our life on the Mekong to our life waiting around in Bangkok for Katherine to give birth. Then again, that is currently our life, the Mekong isn't THAT far away, and

lifewaitingaroundinbangkokforkatherinetogivebirth.blogspot.com

was already taken. Damn internet squatters.
