We spent lots of time with lions.

The previously amorous male.

The object of his affection.

A young male with the start of a mane.

A group of adolescent males relaxing in the shade after a meal.

Resting in the shade as wildebeest graze in the distance. One of their cousins wasn't so lucky and was the lions' meal.

A female on the move.
