Chhmar concluded

The nekkid dude was with us the whole way, and hung out with Katherine during a rest stop.

As we left, he hopped on (okay, was placed on) the back of his big brother's bike and was on his way home. The dude needs a pair of shorts or something.

As we drove along rural Cambodia, we say many signs reporting mine-clearance activity. Middle of nowhere, about 30 minutes from the border, the stars and strips stand out. The USG, like in Laos, funds mine action in Cambodia (Cambodia's problem is mines, very different from Laos' UXO problem).
