Poor Bangkok
We have friends, and parents of friends, who are hunkered down right in the middle of the red zone -- which also includes the US Embassy, basically, and many of our favorite places in the city.

It's hard to believe what happened in Bangkok so close to where we all had so many good times while you were waiting for Jack to be born. Hope this finds you well. I heard you'll be back in DC in June and we can't wait to see you.
