Vieques rental search update

It seems we will do no better than the fabulous La Escapada, home to some of my loser St. Olaf friends during our wedding. It's only 2 bedrooms, but has a double futon in the living room too, so that's okay.

Plus, the pool and deck are incredible.

So I've put in an e-mail asking for next year's rates and reservations.

Even if this is true, we will not be deterred. Although from the accompanying picture, it doesn't look like the place is too overrun yet.

Tomorrow is chance #1 to see if we get to go to Burma. Our visas are supposed to be ready. We'll see. If not, we've still got until Wednesday next week.
